Hall Booking

Until December 2010, the hall can be booked from £40 per hour. Bookings can be on the same day but it is preferable to give advanced notice before booking.

Hall Facilities can be viewed in the Photo Gallery, first album Hall Facilities, Figures 1 through to 5.

There are further charges for other rooms. The others rooms can be booked separately for a lower charge than the main hall. For example £25 per hour for the meeting room until December 2010.

4 hours must be booked minimum hence £160 is the minimum charge till December 2010.

A £50 recoverable deposit should be given. The receipt from the office is confirmation of booking, note without this receipt your booking can be transferred to another party.

There is an extra charge of £15 for the use of kitchen facilities, for the whole booking. This is for heating up of food. We do not provide cooking facilities but have a list of contacts should you require this.

There is a speaker system, lighting and stage at the federation hall. Please provide your own microphone.

Wireless internet, printing and photocopying services are available on site.
